VEGASCUSTOMS BODY SHOP

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Vegas Customs Body Shop collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it — especially the text messages we send about your repair. We keep it plain because we want you to actually know what you're agreeing to.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to fix your car and keep you informed:

You give us this information directly — when you book an appointment, fill out the estimate form, message us through the chat on our website, call us, or talk to us in person at the shop.

What we use it for

We use your information to run the repair and stay in touch about it:

Text messages

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We text you only about your own repair — confirmations, status updates, ready-for-pickup notices, and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies based on your repair status. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop the texts at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

We text the number you gave us because you asked us to keep you posted on your vehicle. We do not run marketing text campaigns, and we do not add your number to any list beyond your own repair.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where the repair itself requires it — for example, with your insurance company or an adjuster handling your claim, or a parts supplier for your vehicle. We do not sell your information, and as stated above we never share mobile numbers collected for texting with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep repair and payment records as long as we need them to stand behind our work and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us what we have on file for you.
