Terms of Service — Text Messaging

These terms cover Vegas Customs Body Shop's text-messaging program specifically — the texts we send about vehicle repairs. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information generally.
What the program is
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your own repair:
- Appointment confirmations
- Repair status updates
- Ready-for-pickup notices
- Replies to messages you send us
That's the whole program. We don't send marketing blasts, and we don't text people who aren't our customers.
Who it's for
The program is for existing Vegas Customs customers who provided their mobile number — when booking, on our estimate form, in our website chat, over the phone, or in person at the shop.
Opting in and opting out
You opt in by giving us your number and agreeing to receive texts about your repair — for example by ticking the consent box on our booking, estimate, or chat forms.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opting out stops the texts; we'll still reach you by phone or email about your vehicle.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your repair status — a car in mid-repair generates more updates than one waiting on parts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
